Nasi Terms of Use and Policy
- Nasi undertakes not to reprogram or sell software works that have been specifically implemented for the client except after obtaining written permission from him.
- The company is obligated to implement the project based on the agreed file which specifies all technical and time points agreed upon between the two parties.
- The company is committed to completing the work within the specified time period, and in the event of any delay by the company, (1%) will be deducted from the remaining amount with the customer for each day of delay.
- The company has the right to postpone modifications or repairs if it has other projects with clients and does not have the capacity to implement the new work at the present time.
- The client is obligated to pay an initial payment of (60%) of the total project cost before the start of implementation, and this payment is considered non-refundable.
- The company adopts a pricing model based on the working hours required to implement the project, where a team of programmers, designers and developers is assigned to work on the project based on the client’s needs.
- As our services are tailored to meet the client's requirements, they are non-refundable once implementation has begun, with the cost being based on pre-paid working hours.
- In large projects, work is divided into sub-phases with payments linked to the completion of each phase to ensure transparency.
- The customer is obligated to pay the agreed amounts on time. In the event that the customer is late in payment, a late fee of (1%) of the remaining amount will be imposed for each day of delay.
- The client acknowledges his responsibility for the project’s compliance with local and international laws, and that it does not contain any prohibited or illegal content.
- The company is obligated to fix any software errors that appear during the operation of the system, provided that they are caused by software defects and not due to the customer’s misuse.
- In the event that the customer requests new additions or modifications outside the scope of the agreement, the cost and time required for implementation will be assessed based on the customer’s request.
- Applications are published on Nasi Company accounts or the customer's account according to the agreement. The customer acknowledges that the application is compatible with the policies of the platform on which it is published (Google or Apple). In the event that the application is rejected or suspended, the company provides application modification services to comply with the new policies for an additional fee, without bearing responsibility for non-acceptance or deletion.
- The company guarantees the confidentiality of unpublished customer data, such as identity data, personal numbers, commercial register, and sales volume. This data is not shared with any third party except with the customer’s written consent.
- The Company has the right to place an enforcement rights notice at the bottom of the website pages with a direct link to the Company’s website.
- The company is committed to providing free technical support during the specified warranty period. This service includes fixing software errors and providing the necessary instructions for using the system.
- The company provides periodic maintenance and update plans for an additional fee to ensure that the system continues to perform at peak efficiency.
- In case of project cancellation by the client after the start of implementation, the proportional costs will be deducted according to the percentage of completion. The initial payment (60%) is considered non-refundable.
