Are prices in USD or Egyptian Pounds?
All our prices are displayed in USD with an approximate EGP equivalent for convenience. The exchange rate is calculated at the time of payment. We accept payment in both currencies according to your preference.
What happens after the free support period ends?
After the free support period ends, we offer monthly and annual maintenance and support packages at reasonable prices that include security updates, backup, and technical support. You can also request support on an hourly basis when needed.
Are there any additional costs not mentioned?
We believe in complete transparency. The displayed price includes everything mentioned in the package details. Any additional requirements such as domain, hosting, or special features are clarified in advance in the proposal. There are no hidden fees.
How long does website design take?
The duration varies depending on the project size and requirements. Simple websites take 1-2 weeks, while large projects may take 4-8 weeks. We set a clear timeline for you at the beginning of the project.
Will the website be mobile-compatible?

What happens if I exceed the traffic limit?
Business and enterprise packages have unlimited traffic. For other packages, we will notify you before reaching the limit and help you upgrade to the appropriate package without service interruption.
Do you develop iOS and Android apps together?

Do you handle publishing the app to stores?

For hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee. For projects: We discuss terms before starting. We do not refund payments after actual work begins, but we guarantee your satisfaction with the final result.
What are the technical support hours?
Support team is available 24/7 via ticket system. Phone and WhatsApp support from 9 AM to 10 PM Cairo time. For emergencies, there is 24/7 support.
How can I track my project?
Through the client portal, you can track your project status, upload files, communicate with the team, and review completed milestones. We also send periodic updates via email.
Do you provide training on using the website?
Yes! With every project, we provide a free training session on using the control panel and content management. We also provide tutorial videos and a written user guide.
