1. Definitions

• "Company" or "We": Refers to NASEY Digital Solutions
• "Client" or "You": Refers to the person or entity using our services
• "Services": All products and services provided by NASEY
• "Project": The work agreed upon between both parties

2. Services Provided

NASEY provides the following services:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce store development
• Mobile app development
• Hosting and domain services
• Digital marketing and social media management
• Business management systems (ERP)

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

• Prices shown on the website are in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Price quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue

3.2 Payment

• 50% upfront payment before work begins
• Remainder upon delivery or as agreed
• Late payment may result in service suspension

4. Execution Timeline

• Execution timeline is agreed upon in the contract
• Client delays in providing requirements extend the execution period
• Additional modifications may affect the delivery date

5. Modifications

• The project includes a limited number of revisions (as agreed)
• Additional modifications are calculated separately
• Substantial scope changes require a new price quote

6. Ownership Rights

6.1 Client Ownership

• Ownership of the final work transfers to the client after full payment
• This includes the code and custom designs

6.2 NASEY Rights

• We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio
• Tools and libraries used remain the property of their developers

7. Warranties

• 30-day warranty against programming errors
• Warranty does not cover modifications or new additions
• Warranty does not cover hosting or domain issues

8. Service Termination

• Client may cancel the project while paying for completed work
• We may terminate the project if client fails to comply
• In case of cancellation, the upfront payment is non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect damages
• Our liability does not exceed the project value
• Client is responsible for their website content

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and Cairo courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
